Okay, this tournament is gonna try to see if we have accomplished anything in the past year. Only those players who have enlisted for the first time within the past 12 months are allowed in this tournament. I don't know how much research I will put into maintaining this rule, but it would be nice if it could be followed.

<br>As far as the rules of the gameplay in this tournament go, we're going to have 7-player games in the first round, with 2 players advancing from each game.
<br>All additional rounds will be 4-player games with 2 players advancing from those games.
<br>No teams, no alliances, no NAPs allowed in any rounds of this tournament.
<br>Please do not force turns until 72 hours have elapsed. After that, feel free to force at will.
